Membership in Pioneer Humane Society is open to indivduals,
couples, families, businesses, and other service organizations.
New Members . . . . .
- A one-time spay/neuter certificate value of $15.00 for altering a dog or cat at any cooperating veterinarian in Umatilla or Morrow counties.
All Members . . . . .
- Voting privileges at the PHS Board of Director's meeting, held in April of each year.
- One-time free assistance in placement of pet animals needing a permanent home.
Annual Membership Dues . . . . .
- $15 for a student
- $20 for an individual
- $30 for a family
- $100 for a Business Sponsorship
